Our training program is only two days, but our consulting services are unlimited as long as you remain a customer in good standing with Seattle Gourmet Coffee. With our training you'll experience much more than just textbook learning.  You will have the opportunity to learn about the origins of coffee, tour our roasting facility, work with equipment, and prepare drinks.  You'll also learn about customer service and employee relations.  And if you come to Seattle, you'll even get to go on a field trip!  You'll see that our training program is both fun and educational.
